Our Apartment "Style at Home" December 2012 issue

Our apartment was featured in the December 2012 issue of "Style at Home" magazine.  This is the kitchen where I prepare the fabulous meals on this post!

What was not included in the feature were the vendors where my husband and I purchased our floor, dining room chairs and the beautiful mirror pictured!  We had bought these items ourselves before bringing designer Meredith Heron on board to pull it all together! 

FYI: 
The grey dining room chairs were from, wait for it... Canadian Tire.  The white dining room chairs are the "Felicia" chair which we picked up at Tora Home in the east end of Toronto.  The gorgeous bevelled mirror is from Modelo Home in the design district.  We got it for a song.  Drumroooooll...     I purchased the floor on line from Simple Floors at $1.99/SF!  Are you still breathing?  Such.  A.  Deal!

    Dark & outdated...                   Yes, we actually lived in it!            Fresh, light & bright!

We love to entertain and our place is PERFECT for it now!
