Tuna Casserole for Two for Brain Dead Cooks

Sooooo easy, it's crazy!  Kid friendly too!

1 box KD, your choice -
I used the "healthy"flax and omega one
                              2 cans tuna, drained well
                              1 cup baby peas
1 cup shredded cheddar (or more if you
                              like a really cheesey top)

                                        Boil KD according to directions.
Add peas during last 2 minutes of cooking.

                                                                          Drain...

Add cheese mix, butter, milk (as per box)

Mix in tuna...

Below: individual enamelled casserole dishes, buttered.
I bought these from the Dollarama for 2 bucks each!
They are a find!

Divide evenly between the 2 casseroles.
                                       Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes to heat through.
Broil until bubbly and golden - keep an eye on them!

                                   Et voila!  Individual tuna casseroles!
Hubby adds parmesan for "mouth feel", as he calls it.
I like to sprinkle with cayenne for zest!
